If you decide you don’t want us to repair your transmission there will be a significant charge for any towing, removing, tearing down, inspecting, precision measuring of components, and making phone calls to get pricing of defective parts. Remove all valuables from your vehicle before leaving it in our possession. The shop is not responsible for items left in your vehicle. You are responsible for having full coverage insurance on your vehicle before leaving it at our shop or any of our affiliates’ shops, or having us or any of our affiliates’ tow your vehicle. If you would like insurance against towing damage you should provide your own towing service. We are not responsible for any damage we, or any referred or affiliate towing company may cause while towing your vehicle. We do not carry insurance to cover towing damage that may occur while your vehicle is being towed. We simply offer this service as a convenience to our customers. The shop that does the work covers the first six months or six thousand miles, whichever comes first. Our standard warranty is one hundred percent parts and labor on the transmission, not labor performed on the vehicle, for the first six thousand miles or six months, whichever comes first. Six thousand and one miles to Hundred thousand miles we cover fifty percent of all parts. Regardless of mileage, starting 3 years and 1 day to 5 years we cover twenty five percent of the parts. Our warranty does not cover consequential damage of any kind under any situation. Damage cause to the transmission by bad electronics, such as bad wiring, control module, computer, etc., is not covered. Used or customer supplied parts have no warranty from us on the part(s) or labor. Neglect and abuse, including installing any performance parts, voids warranty. You also agree not to stop payment on any credit card, debit card, or check used to pay for the work on your vehicle. If there is a warranty issue you agree to return the vehicle to the repair facility and not stop payment on the payment because there will be warranty issues from time to time. This warranty is limited only to exactly what is stated here and nothing else is implied. You also agree not to stop payment on any credit card, debit card, or check used to pay 24Hr Transmissions or any of our affiliate companies that worked on your vehicle. If there is a warranty issue you agree to return the vehicle to the repair facility and not stop payment on the payment because there will be warranty issues from time to time.
